caregiver services

If you are you a caregiver for a dear one who is living with a serious illness or medical condition, you may be beginning to realize you need more supports in your life, too. Your role in supporting your loved one is deeply important. And, providing that support can be challenging to your physical and emotional health.

As a caregiver, it can be important to be in community with other people who understand the daily challenges of the important role you are playing.

I invite you to join one of our free tele-classes  for remembering and discovering compassionate ways to meet your own basic needs. In caring more compassionately for yourself, I believe you will have more energy to care for the person that you love.

Caregiver FREE Tele-classes:  There will be tips, group discussion, and a brief guided relaxation. We will address stress management as one of the ways to provide options to nourish your body-mind-spirit.

Caregiver Tele-Support Groups:  You will have the opportunity to learn approaches to support you and to share with family members and friends, if you wish. You will hear about people who have reached out to ask friends and neighbors to join in supporting them and their beloved ones. You might be nourished by stories of these friends and neighbors whose lives were blessed and brightened by the chance to be of service in these ways. You can be renewed and sustained through experiencing practical relaxation techniques as well as by sharing your distress and/or inspirations. Each Tele-Support Group happens once a week for three weeks.
