For some people,

 receiving a diagnosis of CANCER

may trigger feelings of incredible panic or disorientation. For you, this may seem like being trampled by a charging herd of animals, or it may seem like searching for a light switch in a dim, airless room.

I believe YOUR FUTURE has enormous potential.

I believe people with cancer don’t need to undergo this journey alone.

I invite you to consider

many OPTIONS for  collaboration. Together,

we may seek – and find – actions that

nourish your MIND, BODY, SPIRIT and which

can work safely with your medical treatment.

Tremendous things are possible in your future.

We can be partners in forming your own unique SUPPORT TEAM.

How will you be supported by a cancer guide?

I am with you as companion, as cancer guide, during segments of your journey. You can come to me to discuss your reactions to cancer:  your fears, wonderings, hopes, intuitions, challenges, dreams. I can be present for you as you experience whatever is here to experience. A multitude of resources exists for you to have all the support in the world you could ever need. What are you now doing to nourish your body, your mind, your spirit? Are you open to new  ways to take care of yourself?

For many of us, cancer is a terrifying and unexpected journey, and I believe there is no need to journey alone. My heart welcomes you.

Support for caregivers

If you are a caregiver for a dear one who is living with a serious illness or medical condition, you may be beginning to realize you need more supports in your life, too. Your role in supporting your loved one is deeply important. And, providing that support can be challenging to your physical and emotional health.

As a caregiver, it can be important to be in community with other people who  understand the daily challenges of the important role you are playing.

I  invite you to join one of our free tele-classes for remembering and

discovering compassionate ways to meet your own basic needs. In caring more compassionately for yourself, I believe you will have more energy to care for the person that you love.      (click here for more)
